Gurur Yetiskin.

Gurur Yetiskin began his cybersecurity career in Belgium and France, focusing on offensive security and red team research.

After returning to Turkey, he developed deep expertise in cloud security, application security, and international project delivery, going on to hold senior consultant and team-leader positions at globally recognized institutions. At Deloitte Risk Advisory, he delivered penetration testing and security audit services to 150+ banks and 50+ multinational enterprises across the financial, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, automotive, and manufacturing sectors. He subsequently led the RSU team at ING Bank as Lead Consultant, owning pentest delivery, vulnerability management programs, and test architecture design. At Paribu, he directed Red and Blue Team operations for crypto-asset infrastructure serving millions of users. Since 2023, his work has been focused on digital asset and blockchain security.

As of 2026, he serves as Expert Lead at BTCTurk, a leading cryptocurrency exchange. In this role, he oversees adversarial simulation, offensive security research, and continuous validation of defensive controls across the platform's trading, custody, and infrastructure layers. He holds end-to-end ownership of red team strategy, attack surface management, and high-impact vulnerability research, working closely with engineering and detection teams to harden the organization's security posture. The architectures he designs are aligned with OWASP, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK, meeting regulatory requirements while effectively managing the organization's risk profile. He holds industry certifications including CISM, OSWE, OSWP, CEH, BHWH, SAST, and MCP.

Beyond his enterprise responsibilities, he contributes to the global open-source security community as an active member of the OWASP Manchester Chapter. He ranks among the all-time top 50 researchers on the industry's most exclusive bug bounty platforms, including Synack Red Team, YesWeHack, and Detectify, and has secured notable placements at international competitions hosted at Black Hat.

Outside of security, his biggest passion is finance, an interest he has turned into a venture of his own: dolma.finance.
